Spirituality on the Small Side - Intimacy and Ultimacy with Covenant Groups
(9/07) Have you noticed how daunting it can be to make friends or have a real discussion during coffee hour? The crowd's too big, the time's too short, the noise level's too high, and the discussion is less than deep. Solution - try a covenant group!
If you’d like to learn more about Covenant Groups before making a commitment for the church year, come to a “Taste of Covenant Groups” after second service on Sunday, September 16th. We will have a time for questions and answers and a sample Covenant Group session. Please meet at the back of the Social Hall as coffee hour ends, and we will go to the Parish House next door for cheese and crackers and a “taste” of Covenant Groups.
If you’ve decided that a Covenant Group is for you, there are sign-up sheets at the base of the stairs that have the meeting information for each group (dates, times, locations). Groups will have their official beginning the week of October 8th. We welcome you to experience spiritual growth and learning in a small-group setting.
