The Financial Services Oversight Team reviews and monitors the financial condition of the church. They review monthly financial reports, including committee reports, prepared from church records. They prepare the annual budget with the treasurer, and they recommend action on unbudgeted requests during the year.

Business Manager – With the treasurer, this person oversees the financial management of the church. Ensures state information is maintained and filed on time. Reviews insurance plans, worker’s comp, bank accounts, and similar records.

Internal Financial Review Team – This team, elected by the congregation, reviews church financial records and policies each year nad recommends improvements to strengthen financial controls.

Rentals – This team is responsible for showing, scheduling, and determining appropriate fees based on church policy for the use of UUCCWC buildings, facilities, and grouds for outside groups. The team assigns event coordinators from a list of available event coordinators. (Event coordinators are paid for weddings.)
